Privacy Policy

Basic draft This is a short, plain-language summary that will be expanded. Last updated October 2026 (accounts added).

Who we are

This website is operated by Imprint Comics LLC. Contact us at imprintcomics1@gmail.com.

This website

This site has no shopping cart. We do not sell personal information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may also receive your IP address.

Accounts

You can create a free account. If you do, we collect your email address, a display name you choose, and a password. We never store your password itself, only a scrambled (hashed) version that cannot be turned back into the password. When you log in, we set a cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; it is used only for that purpose. We also keep technical records needed to protect accounts from abuse, such as short-lived attempt counters that do not contain your IP address or email in readable form.

We use your email only to run your account, for example to confirm your address or reset your password when those features are switched on. Creating an account does not sign you up for marketing emails; we would ask separately. Our email delivery provider (currently planned: Resend) would receive your email address when we send you one of these messages. You can change your display name or password, or delete your account and its data, from your Account page, or by emailing us.

Your account data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Please do not use this account for anything you would not want us to hold, and use a password you do not use elsewhere.

Ratings and reviews

If you post a rating or review, we store it with your account. Approved reviews are shown publicly with your display name and the date, but never your email address. Reviews are checked before they appear, and a review can be edited, hidden, or removed by you or by us. You can delete your own reviews at any time, and deleting your account deletes them too.

Emails you send us

If you email us, including a submission inquiry, we use the information you send to read and respond to your message. Please do not send confidential information.

This site links to a crowdfunding platform, Instagram, and TikTok. Those services have their own privacy policies and practices.
